Returns (&)(!!)

You have the right to return the goods within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. You may request to exchange or return the goods. Follow the next steps:

Step 1:

Please send an email within 14 calendar days to [email protected] with your name and the reason of return. Tell us if you want a refund or an exchange.

Step 2:

Send the goods in the original package and in the same condition within 14 calendar days back to us.

Step 3:

Once we received the returned package, we will inform you. If your opted for a refund and it is approved, we will transfer the refund in the next days. If your order was paid with a credit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the purchase. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.

Step 4:

We will inform you when we’ve accepted your return and transferred the refund. Please remember that all costs for returns is yours. Goods that were bought on sale cannot be returned. All goods should be returned in their original packaging, However, Lucky Rocks is not responsible for any delays or problems regarding the shipment.
