RED

Red is a stimulating colour and helps in cases of fatigue and lack of energy. Red rocks alleviate muscle pain, they help with skin conditions and allergies, and improve the body’s ability to eliminate waste.
However, red is a very powerful colour, and too much red may lead to restlessness, anger or aggression.
If you suffer from high blood pressure, it is best not to select any red rocks, as these generally increase blood pressure.
Carnelian and Ruby are examples of red rocks.

PINK

Pink stands for high sensitivity, gentleness and innocence. Pink rocks are very good for children. They generate a feeling of balance and have a calming effect. They bring inspiration. They are helpful in cases of bowel or stomach cramps and burns.
Rhodochrosite and Rose Quartz are examples of pink rocks.

YELLOW

Yellow stands for intelligence, reason and logic. Yellow rocks strengthen the nervous system and improve energy flow. They give a person an optimistic outlook on life.
Do bear in mind that too much yellow may lead to indifference.
Citrine is an example of a yellow rock.

GREEN

Green has a calming effect and creates harmony. Green rocks strengthen the heart and improve the body’s metabolism. They promote creativity and positive thinking.
However, too much green can lead to apathy.
Aventurine is an example of a green rock.

BLUE

Blue is restful and refreshing. Blue rocks have a positive effect upon speech and communication. They help in cases of anaemia and have a calming effect in cases of physical and mental over-activity.
Aquamarine and Chalcedony are examples of blue rocks.

PURPLE

Purple is the colour of spirituality and divinity. Purple rocks improve a person’s intuitive powers and have a stimulating effect. The rocks create inner peace and alleviate insomnia. They improve the body’s metabolism and reduce cramp.
Amethyst and Fluorite are two examples of purple rocks.

WHITE

White stands for purity, gentleness and quietness. White rocks aid spiritual development.
They have a diuretic effect and are good for the respiratory system.
Mountain Crystal and Snow Quartz are examples of white rocks.
