Shipping & delivery (&) (!!)

Lucky Rocks ships happiness all over Europe!

When you have placed your order and we have received your payment, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. Your order will be shipped within 1 or 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

All orders will be delivered by BPOST on working days from 9am-5pm.

Please ensure that the city, country and post code/zip code are entered correctly to ensure successful shipping. You can enter your shipping address at checkout.

SHIPPING cost

Shipping fees specified in € (Euro) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. We currently ship at the following rates:

1 ORDER: FREE SHIPPING to Belgium / To the rest of Europe: €5.75

MULTIPLE ORDERS (up to 2 kg): To Belgium: FREE SHIPPING / To the rest of the world: €5.75

Your package fits into your mailbox!

The package size is 15cm x 12cm x 3 cm. This is a default size and should fit in a regular mailbox.

Make sure the shipping address you entered has a default mailbox size to avoid extra costs or delays.

If, for any reason, your package does not fit in the mailbox, your order will be sent back to us. Once we've received the package back we will send you an email to inform you. We will send it to you again. All extra costs for special delivery is yours. Lucky Rocks cannot be held responsible for any delays in case of an unforeseen event.
